        I contacted Mark when I dropped my laptop and realised the frame had bent so I couldn't plug the charger in at all. He picked the laptop up the next day, returning it repaired a few hours later. He also repaired a hinge and checked the laptop over in general for me. So great, especially as I have a work deadline to complete, Amy
