        I have never seen such kind of Gp. Where there is no Dr when needed. There are different doctors every time I go to see them, and my heath check never been updated/ looked at it. I think it is the manager to blame here as they should make sure their clients have got doctors. I wouldnt recommend anyone this practice unfortunately.

        Past 2 times reception talks to you like you are dirt and treat you like you are dumb. In fact last time they didn't even tell the psyhio that I arrived. I waited 20 mins past appointment and got a phone call asking if I was nearby and she was shocked to here I was waiting since 15 mins before the appointment.. Reception never notified. .. And this time I was rudely told "well sit down then" The other staff (eg nurses) are great but the reception are useless and uncaring
