I am under Clayton Health Centre for my feet, suffering from diabetes I have to monitor the condition of both my feet and nails, I was suffering with bad pain in my toe and rang the emergency foot clinic who got me in straight away, I was very lucky because my nail was ingrowing and could have an infection within days, the care term were amazing, From the wonderful person who took my call to the very professional podiatrist Thank you very much

The woman Doctor Khan is probably one of the most rudest people Ive ever encountered. She called me regarding a medication I didnt really feel comfortable taking due to personal reasons and instead of letting me explain said reasons over the phone she just screams over you and doesnt let you get a word in. Ive also had a normal face-to-face consultations with her and shes very dismissive and talks quite fast, so if you were to ask her to repeat what she said she gets worked up and snaps at you for not understanding the first time. Theres also a major lack of listening so you cant get your problem accross as she wont let you speak. Shes been rude to my parents who are also patients at Clayton Health Centre and have been for many years. Im a very easygoing polite person and also quite shy, so being spoken to like that by anybody, especially a healthcare professional always takes me aback and makes me want to switch surgeries.
