Exclusive Professional Cleaning

I have been using EPC for the past year on my short lets and office space. Can not fault these guys 1 bit. The girls are fantastic. They arrive on time and get the cleans done before my new guests arrive. Zee is amazing, her communication and people skills are just phenomenon. When ever we need a last min clean she is always there to accommodate us. Thankyou to the whole EPC team. Will definitely recommend them.

STRONGLY AVOID! I booked an end of tennancy clean and was exceptionally disappointed with the level of service supplied. The clean was not to end of tennancy standard upon final inspection, so much so I had to try and finish it off myself. I have been charged by my landlord as the cleaners missed an entire laundry area, incurring a fine adding more costs. I have shared photographic evidence of the findings but have been ignored. The standard is anything but professional in my experience. Edit: I have just seen your follow-up response which I am absolutely shocked by - sadly making up claims to protect your reputation really does sum up your business and even more of a reason to avoid!

Exclusive pro cleaning is one of the best cleaning service I have worked with for short term rentals. The cleaners are very professional with high cleaning standard. The communication is on point and any issues raised are addressed quickly. I cannot thank them enough for their amazing service.

I've been using Zee and her team for over a year, they always do a great job cleaning my house. More importantly they are really flexible and work to times that suit me. Thanks for all your assistance
