        Regular communication prior to trip, personal call from driver to confirm details with mobile number to contact. Driver was well presented, on time, polite and courteous and made good time to venue Clean and tidy coach Overall experience excellent and will be using this service again.

        I am very disappointed. I booked with SMC at a good price, they then gave me a 20 reduction because we worked for the NHS. I mentioned to a lot of people how seamless the process was. I paid in full and received an acknowledgement. The following day I was emailed to say that there wasn't a vehicle available and no payment would be taken, if they had no bus why didn't they say so during the conversation. I expect they proceeded with someone who was paying more.
