        Unfortunately I had a bad experience in this place. The lady helping me was pleasant enough and pinned my bridesmaid dress to how I wanted. However, it became uncomfortable when they suggested a much higher price than what was initially quoted. The manger was quite abrupt and rude and said 'oh well just unpin her' whilst waving her hand in a dismissive tone while I was standing in the dress in front of her. I felt very uncomfortable and upset by the way I was treated. Customer service goes a long way. I have since found an alterations place for half the price with 100% better customer service. I would not recommend this place on service alone but I can't speak for the quality of alterations.
