AVOID! STAFF ARE INCOMPETENT, RUDE AND TRY AND RIP YOU OFF Brought some suit trousers here for tailoring and was quoted 45. I paid upfront (dont pay upfront guys, once they take their payment, they dont care about your clothes or the service ). I was not happy with the work carried out as the trousers still did not fit right. I explained to the blonde women on the desk exactly what I wanted doing to the trousers and she just said this was not possible which seemed strange. I was still not satisfied with the trousers and brought them back and same blonde women said she would be able to carry the work she said she wouldnt initially be able to but would charge me 15 extra. A women wearing glasses was called to deal with my request and she was very very rude and very passive aggressive and said THIS IS THE FINAL AND LAST TIME WE DEAL WITH YOUR TROUSERS. Im sorry but if a customer if not happy with the work carried out surely it is your job to correct?! And DO NOT worry I will not be returning here again to use your incompetent services and will also be telling family and friends to also stay away!! Would not even give one star if I had the option!!
