        Visited this morning to get a hose clip fixed to a K4 model the staff were very helpful , even trying the machine to make sure the clip held in place would deffinatly go back when need to do so thanks guys

        Took my k4 in for a repair as other local karcher dealers round the north west didnt seem interested Darren repaired the unit quickly and offered some great advice I purchased a T5 hard surface cleaner upon collection of my repaired unit and what a bit of kit this is Thanks again
