I was so eager to come to this place to show my friend that I had an Aztec hot chocolate here that was delicious in the past before the pandemia. We order the hot chocolate that came boiling in a glass and I could not detect how hot it was because the glass was double layered. I left it for a while but the temperature did not come down and burnt my tongue badly. We order a cake each. We noticed they were on a table without any cover from the customers so did not prevent any contamination from people talking over them. The cakes were so dry and stale not fresh. I could not cut mine it was like stone. I went to tell the lady serving that could not cut it at all. She very kindly gave me a piece of cake of another that was not fresh but very old. We notice other customers complaining saying they did not like what they were served. I just want to let the owners know about this so they can correct it. The lady serving us was very kind but it seems she could not control the quality of the products. The hot chocolate as it is served was too dangerous.

Waited 45 mins for service. Sent coffee back as barely warm. Staff friendly
