DEANSGATE CHIROPRACTORS - Manchester City Centre

I was seen very quickly after contacting the practice. Everyone was extremely friendly and caring from the get go and Mahmoods experience and expertise, listening skills, ability to explain issues with great clarity and his reassurance and sense of humour made my first appointment a very positive experience (this was my first ever visit to a chiropractors). I felt some improvements after the first adjustments and I am very hopeful that things will continue to improve. Highly recommended.

Dr. Stewart Wilson said to me before the treatment began that he would "enjoy this one" because I have scoliosis.

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU PROCEED! I rarely write reviews and if I do they are positive but I am warning you to please avoid this , seemed like a genuine guy at the first appointment (salesman techniques were used clearly) but really made my back worse over the sessions and never took the time to explain things. Each appointment was like a hamster wheel effect so quick and sudden , he just wants you in and does his best to rush a few cracks here and there (same ones) and thats it , Stuarts attitude of course expressed a large amount of carelessness for someone who seemed so passionate at the first appointment, it was a though he had the money so who cares anymore I felt that he was very unprofessional in some ways such as lacking focus on my health and always talking about irrelevant points about other people in the chiropractic field and how they arent as good. Then stating that cracking my back is fun for him ,this made me feel as though my ill health was not being taken seriously at all. Unfortunately he persuades you into booking bulk slots to improve sells you a lie and your left feeling worse.we live in a money driven world so please do your research and be careful.

I had a consultation but did not pursue a treatment plan as Stewart did not meet my professional standards. Stewart seemed distracted and unengaged throughout my appointment and spent a lot of the appointment talking about random things such as friends he has in other medical fields. Stewart unfortunately uses predatory tactics as I was charged a treatment fee as well as consultation fee despite this not being made clear. Additionally, the spinal treatment itself came with no warning as to what to physically expect with cracking my back and I feel this lacked medical consent. He then ended the session saying, cracking my back would be a fun project for him, this made me feel very uncomfortable and as though my health was trivialized. Overall, am afraid I cannot recommend Stewart at Deansgate Chiropractors.
