Ordered sweet-and-sour chicken and salt and pepper chips, The chips were frozen ones and tastes like they've been cooked in a year old oil ,not much taste to overall meal

Just received my Order. This probably the waste tasteless food Ive ever ordered, apart from food coming late food was also cold. Im hungry and even more angry I had to wait for this nonsense. Total waste of money and time.

Doesnt deserve 1 star. Bland and tasteless. Smelt like urine. Had all 4 of us feeling ill/sick. Spent 60 and was not worth any of it. Should be shut down. #regrets #boycott

The worst food I've ever tasted.. don't waste your money.. 1st time buying I was sick for 3 days.. a few years later I thought let me try again it could off just been me not to my surprise same thing sick for 3 days.. so no other shops where open, got a bag of chips well you can go wrong with chips put them right in the bin.. so stale I'm surprised they are still open

absolutely appalling customer service. driver gave me wrong order, lady on the phone told me to send her a photo of the order i received so i did and they claimed it wasnt their food. would be fair enough if they sorted getting me my original order, but instead i got shouted at over the phone calling me a liar!
