Absolute rip off merchants ! Ordered food via the in house app. Paid via a debit card. No food delivered. Tried to resolve over the phone but me with absolute arrogance and zero customer service. This was our go to take away for the last 10 years. There are new owners now with disgusting customer services. Avoid this place

update: have tried their noodles a few times now (Build Your Own Noodles) and im always impressed! always super tasty abd very filling. would recommend their Cantonese sauce for the noodles! actually so pleasantly surprised by the food, given the review ratings here. the egg fried rice was good, more on the very soy type of fried rice than the less soy, lighter egg fried rice. the lamb ribs were nice too, slightly tart sauce, meaty fatty ribs. i think the food portion here is really good!

Safe to say i will never order from this place again arrogant isn't even the word!!! Missing items and their attitude was appalling over the phone!

ordered a whole order and one persons whole meal didn't show up despite being payed for. person who answered the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful, do not recommend at all. overall the worst takeaway experience, loads of better chinese abouts. recommend Master Express for anyone who actually wants to eat tonight
