Nando's Manchester - Fallowfield

A good little Nandos, hidden away set back a little from the main road. Handy location. We had a great meal here. No parking, but thats usual for this area and to be expected.

So we visited Nandos Manchester Fallowfield Branch for my daughters birthday and was the worst restaurant experience ever. We were left waiting for our food for well over 1 hour with people who came after us getting there food 30 minutes before us and it wasnt even that busy. So after waiting 40 minutes then asking where our food was, then being told it would be 20 minutes, so looks like they hadnt even taken my order properly but not being honest about it. Then they had the audacity to ask how my meal was when it finally arrived at which point I made my feelings abundantly clear. The manager then said he would come back to see me to get my feedback on paper but surprise surprise he didnt bother to come. The food when it came was no where near the standard you would expect dry chicken overcooked. Paying somebody for this level of service is a joke and they should be ashamed of themselves. Honestly they ruined my daughters day and I will never ever be going back. Dont bother with these guys looks like they no longer care about the customer and service far better places out there to spend your money. Well done Nandos!

No table service, orders done via scanning QR code. If you're paying with a voucher, then you can't order via QR code and will need to go to the bar. Get your own drinks from the machine and get your own cutlery from a pot. Food was OK for the price. The waitress with blonde hair was very polite and helpful.
