        This place is an absolute joke and a disgrace to the KFC brand as all the other branches have been spot on. The place was not busy when I visited, I waited at the counter for about 5 minutes and the staff did not even acknowledge me. Eventually I shouted over to a staff who was serving out food and asked him whether anyone was taking orders. He looked at me with a gormless face and didnt answer. I lady behind him shouted over that theyll serve when theyve picked the orders on the screen. After another 7 minutes the lady eventually came to me to take my order and by that time I was fuming and was wondering whether I should still order from this establishment. There were 3 customers behind me by now and they had to wait as well because after taking my order the lady walked away without acknowledging the other customers. My food was ready in about 10 minutes which was disappointing as I only ordered 1 item. The staff have no motivation, they are not trained in customer service and when I picked up my order she just plonked it down on the counter and walked away before I had chance to let her know my views. Avoid at all cost!!
