So today i visited the KFC around 10:30pm and me and my partner went to order at the machines because there was a path for us to go through. We then heard a woman in glasses she had brown hair and an accent scream at us telling us to get out and can we not see. Then other people came in to order and she screamed at them too when they went to the machine. However, we were served by a lovely gentleman with brown hair who was absolutely lovely. I work in hospitality and understand it gets frustrating with customers sometimes but automatically screaming and screeching at them is not right.

So today i visited the KFC around 10:30pm and me and my partner went to order at the machines because there was a path for us to go through.
