        Mr Goodman surveyed a house we were planning to purchase in Whitefield, Greater Manchester. The survey was comprehensive and incredibly detailed. Mr Goodman even surveyed areas that we were planning to convert and gave a detailed description of what was possible. All for the set fee. We are so glad we chose Mr Goodman as his survey warned us of severe problems with the house and saved us at least 40k in repair bills! The cost of the survey was very reasonable but priceless when considering the defects it uncovered. The report was delivered within a few days and went beyond our expectations. If you are considering the purchase of a house we strongly recommend Mr Goodman.
