        Being a lease holder I receive yearly bills for ground rent. The record keeping is laughable. Despite emailing and sending screen shots of my online banking transactions they have no idea that my bill has been paid year on year and I have had threats of charges for repeating the bill despite it being paid. Emails go unanswered. I sold my property early this year it took over 2 months for them to send a form to my solicitor despite urgent requests as it was holding up the sale. The final bill was paid in April, proof of payment was sent. Yesterday I received yet another bill sent to me, for the outstanding amount, to my old address which was forwarded on. The inefficiency of such a simple process beggars belief.
