Following an amazingly informative training day, organised by Gaddum, I would like to say thank you for the professionalism and hospitality shown to me. I learned a lot about a difficult subject matter; it has helped me understand this area so much more.

Started off well with Gaddum when I saw them a few years ago, but sadly my second experience has been dreadful. Long wait times which isnt necessarily their fault, but after signing up and completing the questionnaires and having an initial phone call to discuss your needs, youre then placed on a waiting list. Two months later I received a call saying I cant be offered face to face support because of my working hours which I cant adjust. My only option was telephone support. They removed me from their files immediately when I said that it wasnt suitable for me. I didnt get a sense of empathy from the caller and am now back at square one - I was promised an email with alternative options but its now been three days and no sign of this email. For people who are already at a low point with their mental health its not really how you expect things to be handled.
