Fantastic - initial booking was a little stressful due to the short lead time whilst they were moving office so delay in communication but once booked in then it was smooth sailing. Terry and Co catered my work event today ( 28th) they were brilliant, very friendly, arrived early so was ready to go, catered to my teams dietary requirements and food was very tasty! Will definitely use again - Thankyou so much!

I hired the burger van for my wedding 15.4.23 and it was the best decision I made. All of my guests loved it and said it was delicious! There was a good amount of different options for people to choose from and there was a constant supply of food so no long waits to be served, the unlimited option was big hit and they certainly made the most of it. The guys were amazing, super friendly and couldn't do enough to help, thank you for making my day stress free and filling us all up with delicious food.

My husband and I hired KK Catering (fish&chips with desserts) for our wedding on 22nd November last year and after giving a private review and receiving no response, I know it's been a while but we just wanted to leave a public review: Positives: I found the food to taste beautiful and the staff were very friendly (please note that later in this review, we don't mean any of this against the staff who were amazing, but more so toward the overall coordination and how the poor gentlemen were sent underprepared) However: We paid extra for indoor service due to the time of year giving unpredictable weather, but the guy we had seemed so unsure and wanted to set up outside. Of the desserts we requested months prior, I was really looking forward to Baileys cheesecake, and the guy on the night told us they had to replace it with two alternatives because "the suppliers forgot to make the Baileys cheesecake" - I appreciate his complete honesty and I know it's not his individual fault so we appreciated the alternatives. The poor guy, (I didn't get his name) was fantastic but he seemed so overwhelmed, was running around like crazy and because of this, the food was set up half an hour late, and only served for 1.5ish hours - I'm again not blaming the people we had, they were lovely but they seemed really underprepared. Speaking of underprepared - We paid extra for unlimited servings to make sure everyone had enough food and within 15 minutes, all the sausages ran out, completely. Meaning many of our guests didn't even get their first choice and we found many people going across the road to the pub for food. I was so embarrassed by this, especially since your website acknowledges that not everyone wants fish and chips and that enough of everything would be brought so that everyone has their first choice. (Please also note: we paid for 80 guests, and less than 60 were able to attend, and there still wasn't enough choice for everyone.) We weren't asked in advance about how many veggie cakes were needed until the night and I was approached to give an exact number of veggie cakes. As the bride, I was caught off guard and unfortunately didn't have time to ask around so it's possible that vegetarians may have been excluded. (It stated in the FAQs on the website that they'd bring enough so numbers shouldn't be needed.) The cheesecakes were beautiful, but the cakes seemed cheaply presented like the 1 pud-in-a-pot style that you can get from the supermarket which heavily contrasted to what seems to be advertised on the website. Prior to the increased costs due to inflation, we secured with the company at a quote of 1200ish which included indoor self service (+100), unlimited servings (+1 per head) and desserts (+3 per head). Considering the initial quote was less than 600, I'd have hoped that these three things were a given considering it almost doubled our quote, yet these are the things that were not well-prepared. I'm never one to complain usually, but with the amount of money we spent, we're disappointed to have seen the catering be the thing to let the evening down. Although the food was nice, I won't be recommending or using KK Catering again, unless I want to hire knowing people will go elsewhere for food.
