Peter cooked for us at our house in West Lancs. He arrived at 4pm armed with cutlery ,crockery, oven and hot plates. At 7pm, he was serving 8 of us smoked duck and halloumi canaps before we sat down to a five course meal with matched wines and then finished with cheese. The food was excellent and the wines were lovely and no effort was required by us before or after the meal. He had taken care of everything. If you want a completely relaxed dinner party in your own home then this is the way to do it. We are already looking forward to the next occasion.

Had the most wonderful evening with Peter in his stylish Food Lab in Didsbury. The class was incredibly entertaining, providing delicious food, unbelievable cocktails, cooking tips galore, and wonderful company. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Manchester, or any locals looking for a novel dining experience. A fabulous way to spend an evening, meet some great people, and dine like a King.
