Waves Hand Car Wash

Very bad experiance last week. The car wash should open at 9:00 but when i have arrived, it has been closed. Somebody came at 9:15 to open. Alone. I have been the first car - in fact the only as well. After one hour, the car was ready. First impression - it was not very well dried, and inside, is smelled horible. Later i have noticed that the frond window has been cleaned with something strange, so even now, after a week and lots of rain, the wipes are not able to remove water. The smell is still in the car. There are many areas in and outside, which has not been touched. And all that on price of 45!!!! Mever again on that car wash. I would recommend others to avoid as well.

They tried to charge me the volume 4 car price, despite my car being a small Honda jazz, and would not honour the 20% NHS discount which is on their website. Overall did a very good job inside and out however disappointing that they try to over charge and do not honour the discount.
