The lads weren't up to their usual standards and I had to pull them over several glaring misses. Looks like they had new staff who didn't really have the heart and passion for the job. It was a bit more disorganised than normal, with cars not being evenly spaced - so my car was getting covered in spray off the car next to mine after just being washed. I know my car is just an old, little Fiat, gets me from A to B economically basically but I'd still expect a clean to be a clean. As said, new staff and was a bit disappointed because the regular lads usually go over and beyond...
