        All is well until its not. I was brokered into an agreement with Moneybarn who are just an utter shambles. The car was faulty immediately The dealer wasnt interested The finance company (Moneybarn) has no inbound service to the complaints team. I had to buy another car 7 months later and the car has been collected and I have a full refund. Car loans 365 have no way of helping should things take a turn for the worse, they stayed in contact initially to pacify the situation but eventually they were just not involved. There is literally nothing the can do. So as theyd effectively placed me with Moneybarn I cant not hold them equally accountable. Please stop the process should you be offered Moneybarn as a lender. And Car Loans 365 need to drop them as a partner
