247 Money

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. Car purchased through them has had nothing but problems (very poor dealership recommended by them). In a nutshell a car valued at 4000 will end up costing over 10000 with interest and repairs. Had car less than 12 months (5000miles) and already have 2500 worth of car issues. Spoke to 247 money for support who have in a nutshell advised "do not pay for 2 months so the car goes into default, we collect the car and then you owe us the remainder". As mentioned on all the previous reviews, if the Car has issues, these will do the bare minimum to support. One of the worst decisions to go through this lender and have left me in a very tricky situation with the car.

I would highly recommend this company! It's unfortunate I wasn't able to fully complete my finance with them due to my car being rejected (the dealer was awful) if not for these guys I would be in such a bad situation! The complaints department took over everything for me and done everything in their power to help. If your unsure about finance I can honestly say this company will truly look after you. Kerrianne

If you read my last review I just like to say if you have bad credit and or average but cant get a car from the main dealer these companies like 247 can only do so much after the nightmare Ive had 247 shouldnt take the brunt of this but they played a part stay away read reviews and think not every one are bitter some people are disgusting degrading companies but when there is more than 5 bad reviews re think your options me personally I have a different perspective of 247 now Be patient and look around

Brilliant company. Have always understood my situation and worked with me to support me and I have never had a bad experience in the year and half I have been with them. Would recommend 100%

SHOCKING COMPANY!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! very poor customer service and all they care about is getting money from you. I have a few months left on the car finance and decided to terminate my contract for the remaining 9 months. The car is still sat outside my home waiting to be collected after a month of the last contact. Had to give 1 star but if I could it would have been 0.
