I have been getting on really well with my Audi q7 since day one! The guys at Cpc. are really accommodating, there was a dent on the bodywork that I had mentioned to them and when the time came for me to collect the car it was gone! They had worked their magic for me and the car was looking great! I was so happy with the service that I will be recommending to friends & family.

Mike was a great help when I was buying my Golf R. He was really informative and knowledgeable, and was able to help with any question I had. I was able to view the car in my own time and didn't feel rushed or pressured into finalising the sale. The paperwork was a doddle as Mike had everything organised and set out, so it took no time to get that sorted. All of the necessary docs were ready waiting, it was such a seamless sale. I would recommend Cheshire performance to anyone on the market looking for a similar car.

I am very impressed with Cheshire performance, I dealt with amir throughout and he is extremely good at his job and not pushy in the slightest. He was so informative and knew the car inside and out - he was very helpful when it came to explaining all the gadgets. After buying the car I did sadly notice a little problem with the sat nav, I contacted Amir and he arranged for a local specialist to carry out an update on the sat nav system which resolved the issue, great service, My X5 is without the doubt the best car I have ever had.

I am over the moon with my mini and I had the best experience buying it with Cheshire performance cars, All the team members I dealt with were excellent. They were thorough and knowledgeable. The car was prepared to a high standard for me so when I came to collect it the car felt brand new! I wouldn't hesitate to buy from here again.

I'd like to start off by saying I don't blame this dealership for the problems with the 32.5k vehicle I bought. But I was very frustrated and frankly appalled at their after sales care. I bought a blue audi rs3 2016. I dealt with Amir. On my 2.5 hour drive home I noticed several issues with the car. Violent gear changes on up shifts when shifting in manual mode at high rpm. Also a faint humming coming from the rear diff. On top of this the discs were slightly warped which I was willing to replace myself. I called the dealership Monday morning about these problems (having purchased the car late on saturday). I was told by Amir that they would need to see the vehicle.for diagnostics. I said i would bring it in Friday as I am at work all week. Amir made me feel if they didn't see the vehicle immediately then it would complicate matters. Now starting to get red flags I took off Monday afternoon from work and immediately returned the vehicle. I demonstrated the problems to Amir. He agree the gear changes were not right and that they would have the car checked. He did not agree about the other issues. I explained i did not want the car and requested a full refund. Mainly because he would not accept there were other faults with the car. The next day he calls me back. Denies there is anything wrong with the car and says i am driving the car beyond its tolerances. Which is absolute nonsense. He then proceeds to tell me that the only reason i want to return the car is because i found out that it had changed hands in bradford mutliple times before i purchased and that i wanted 'exclusivity'. I don't even live in Bradford. They didn't even have the car diagnosed or checked by anybody. He then proceeds to tell me they are willing to buy the car back for 500 less than what i paid or 'otherwise it will get messy.' Understandably I was infuriated at the position he was putting me in. Only way to get a full refund was for me to have the car diagnosed with a fault. Amir, knowing full well that getting a diagnostic report and travelling for hundreds of miles would end up costing me more than 500, put me between a rock and a hard place. Eventually I agreed to the buy back at a 500 loss as the stress was not worth it for me. I am certain they have tried this with other people also. Finance company were of minimal help as they said I need to get the problems diagnosed before a refund. Amir was sat with me when i showed him the violent jerking. He appeared shocked and fully agreed the car was not right. The next day after speaking with his mysterious 'director' they changed their whole story. They seem to think that people who buy rs3's are gonna change gear at 2k revs and that changing gear just before the red line is not the way to drive a car. Be wary of this dealership and be wary of the blue rs3 2016 model they have for sale. It is not a good car. Edit: i have only just noticed their reply to my review as it was pointed out to me by another dissatisfied customer off the car forums. Their reply speaks volumes about these cow boys. Rather than trying to resolve the issue they have just gone on the attack and attempted to insult me. Kind of laughable that they think this car had too much power. End of the day, these guys made a sale and they are trained in denying any issues. Otherwise they woudnt make any money. Amir is the biggest liar I've ever come across when buying a car. All mouth. Buyers regret is also a dumb way to justify their actions. Kind of glad the car was a dog. Ended up with an m340i which is far superior in every way. So, in a way, thanks you c/n't-s.
