        We attended today to have a look for a new car the receptionist walked pasted me and didnt acknowledge me not only once but three times and then thought I was a cardboard cut out !!!!she also glanced up at me and continued to ignore me even after I said excuse me so disappointed with the service would never come to you for a car need to watch who you employ service is paramount to a business !!!!!!!

        Bought car 2 yrs ago, had vw for 20 yrs.. Needed to get auxiliary belt reviewed as was pick up on a service (not vw). Very good customer service on way in, greeted at entrance, and at door.. Ryan was my handler, helpful kept me updated. My cam shafts tension needed fixing, under warranty so will get it sorted next week. No issues or complaints
