Enquired about a car.. did not seem bothered from the start, didnt reply to any of my texts, when i called them they had the attitude of someone like they were being forced to speak to me on the phone. Made me drive 2.5 hours to go see the car just to be told i cannot test drive it??? I rang before setting off and they still didnt do what needs to be done to let me test drive. Absolute rubbish service thank god i did not give them 20k.

Bought a Q5 from Motorvana after seeing one on auto trader. Firstly it was a great price and everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful. It only took a few days from first speaking to them to have the car delivered to me. Living so far away I was unable to see the car in person. They sorted a number of videos for me to review the car before I bought it, they even went the extra mile doing more videos for me when I asked to see specific things and measuring the boot space for me to make sure my dog crate would fit. Im very happy with the car and the service, Ill definitely be returning to them in the future.

Bought a car from them, great service at short notice before xmas. Delivered the car to me and couldn't fault. Asked for the V5 to be sent off and he claimed it was sent the same day (23rd Dec). Waited and nothing arrived..chased, and he apologised and said the office were doing it that day (12th Jan). Waited...nothing... chased, messages showing as 'read' no response (19th Jan). Waited..nothing....chased again. No response (23rd Jan). Waited...finally he apologised (24th Jan) and said it still hadn't been sent off, so he did it there and then and the new V5 arrived 3 days later. I had to wait over 5 weeks for the V5. A whole lot of CBA on their part with this. It should have been done immediately, updated online and confirmation sent through. Instead I was given excuses and lies that it had been done.
