*0 star if I could* SYED BUKHARI is a scam and also arrogant,I paid for a car since January today is the 1st of April he is not taking my call and refuse to refund my money. . He has been asking me send my ID b4 he can refund me . What in the name of God dose he want my ID for.

Syed was really helpful at first, and very kind. We explained to him at purchase that my Wife needed the car ASAP for visiting her disabled NHS patients. He promised us the car by Wednesday. The car did not arrive Wednesday, and it took many hours and texts for Syed to respond. He eventually said that we'd have the car "Thursday absolute latest". He said the garage couldn't fit the car in for the MOT. This is the first in the series of "If you can't deliver, don't promise" which Syed needs to learn from. It only needed two tyres replaced! Minimal work. Thursday came and went. No car. After many more calls and texts, Syed told me the delivery driver had let him down, and that it would be delivered Friday. We explained we'd be out Friday evening (due to a funeral function) and he promised he'd arrange for delivery Friday earlier/later or Saturday morning at 10am. 10am Saturday came, no car. 11am came, no car. 12 Noon came, no car. I continued to ring, and then was told I was being "disrespectful" as he was dealing with another handover at the time. I kept ringing as we'd been fobbed off for the last four days and I genuinely thought we might have been scammed (see other reviews). Eventually, at 1pm he rang back and told me the car would be here within 15 minutes. 45 minutes later it arrived, thank goodness. Sadly, he had the nerve to charge me 30 for the delivery after almost a week of messing me around. I paid it, because we were desperate for the car. Syed said I was being disrespectful for ringing 30+ times on Saturday morning. But I ask; what would YOU do if you were promised things 3 days earlier that never happened? Would you be worried? Obviously! I was not being disrespectful; I was worried due to the 100% lack of communication that we weren't getting the car at all. Thankfully it arrived. No decent customer service; hours and days went by before calls or texts were returned. Absolutely hideous. Please, please, in my humble opinion, do not use this company unless you enjoy worry and stress.

I would love to leave a good review as I love the car when I finally got it. However, the whole experience was extremely stressful and unpleasant. We were repeatedly given dates the car would be ready, but the car didnt turn up repeatedly and when we rang he didnt pick up the phone for several hours or reply to texts. This happened on a few occasions. He lied, messed us around and was disrespectful. To leave customers feeling physically Ill for over two days worrying that they have been scammed, due to him failing to delivery several times but importantly failing to communicate-is not acceptable or professional. He never once apologised and even had the cheek to get annoyed with us because we kept ringing. When the car was finally delivered it was dirty and not valeted and still had last owners possessions including a packet of mayonnaise. Would not recommend

Bought a car from this dealer which supposedly came with 3 months warranty. The car developed a problem within a month and they initially said theyd booked it in to be fixed, but they eventually stopped responding to my messages and it was clear theyd fobbed me off with a fake appointment. I tried to contact them through Facebook and they just deleted the posts Id commented on. Has been two weeks of me not being able to get in to work. I found the car through AutoTrader so Ive raised the matter with them also. Avoid avoid avoid!!!
