Bought a bmw 3 series from them 2/3weeks ago, on the same day we had traction light, engine light and brake lights on the dash We spoke to XPO and they said bring the car in to be diagnosed a few days later it went to be diagnosed. They found the issues and got the car sent to a bmw specialist a week later and today we had the car sorted. All work paid for which was great news Doesnt take away the messing around we have had to do for a couple of weeks but they did all they could and us being a regular / normal customer I would recommend if they deal with everyone how they dealt with me Thanks lads

Its a scam, Be very careful. Before making 2 hours journey from Birmingham to Manchester to purchase the car, I called them (Spoke to Jay) and he reassured me that everything was working perfectly on the car including the Sat Nav and that the car had two keys. When I got to the office, Jay seemed courteous and honest. He reassured me that all the servicing on the car was done by Toyota and that unfortunately he forgot the servicing book in their other office. However, he will post the service book to me as soon he goes to the other office. He cautiously rushed me to start signing the documents. When it was time to give me the keys, he said the other key was left in the other office and he would post that to me with the service book. I had travel 2 hours and Jay came across as someone trustworthy so I believed him. When it was time to go I realised that the touchscreen of the Sat Nav was not responding. It was virtually impossible to dial a number in the Pad or put a full address. When I called the office to raise the issues the manager Sajal replied and dismissed all my concerns in a very rude way. He said they cannot provide a second key because its an old car and I should instead try to get key cover on my insurance. Regarding the Sat Nav he said they cant do anything about it and advised to have a look on YouTube to sort it myself or I will have to pay for it. They clearly knew the problems that the car had, but shamelessly lied to me Now I have realised that there are also some hissing sound whenever I brakewhich does not sound very healthy.. I have had the car for less than 24hours so far and it has been full of problems whereas I spent more than 10K on the car. Moreover, I paid for a full 12 months insurance but when I contacted the company after giving the Reg Number they said they dont have any policy for my car. Im very distressed by this and Im currently looking for legal advise to sort out this issue. Any advise is welcome I would strongly discourage anyone from buying cars from them.
