Who ever the person is that answers the phone to this place is unbelievably rude and her attitude stinks !!!! 12.30 we ordered our food and still sat here waiting for it its now 02.21 .. we rang at 1.30 am to ask where our food was and she told us with a disgusting tone and attitude that it was on the way I have now rang at 2.15 to say it wasnt here yet and she said you have already told us the driver is on his way .. dont order from this place if you want decent customer service or your hungry . Can I add that this has cost me 40 pound and we are still sat here with nothing and no doubt wont get a refund .

Honestly never experienced such awful customer service, the woman lied to us multiple times after asking why our food was 3 and a half hours late. The cake was also stale and the woman is soo rude. Dont bother

Absolutely awful, have been waiting 2 hours for my order and the staff seem they just dont care either, milkshake was like water and staff wouldnt help, wouldn't order again
