Josephine made me a gluten free (GF) birthday cake for my 60th birthday. She was very friendly, helpful, responsive, discussed ideas and interpreted what I wanted well. The cake looked beautiful, tasted delicious, fed about 25 +portions and was gorgeously moist. The non GF eaters didn't realise it was GF until they were told! I would definitely recommend. Thanks Josephine.
