Have to reorganize the place

I wanted a bottle of water from this cafe before a Harry Styles concert. The queue for the toilet was large so I went around to look at the available products. I was greeted by a very rude boy (he looked about 16) who, when I asked if they had water, he replied with 'obviously not so if you want the toilet you'll have to buy something else.' He said this in a very rude and aggressive manner. I then informed him that we did not want to use the toilet but actually had just wanted to buy something to which he offered no apology. Left without buying anything and would recommend everyone to avoid this cafe in order to avoid a very negative customer service experience

Visited there after Manchester marathon. t was nice to have a cup of hot beverage after a long day.

Was awful food never seen sausage like that in my life and bread was stale tomatoes come in a separate bowl straight out of microwave
