If there is minus stars. No doubt I will give it to this company. They just try to rob your money. Unbelievable for the parking charge happened. I parked in the car park space and I got all of the evidences to prove it should not pay for the car park. After appealed, they still insisted the payment. The charge is 100 and prepaid will be 60. The Manchester council just charge 60 and prepaid for 30. Where is the term and conditions? Where is no parking signs. Where is the charge amount from?

Disgraceful organisation. No appeals process, terrible phone operator who is insulting, patronising and clearly has a double digit IQ with a brain as smooth as a marble. No reference at all on any correspondence that the balance will be referred to a DCA. No replies to continued emails to their 'appeals' department. Absolute sham of an organisation which should be investigated for fraudulent business activities.

Just rang up to check if my email was received and was treated in such a rude manner. Worst customer service I have ever received, all in a 2 minute conversation.
