Chasing the fee but cant deliver the work giving it to all graduates from uni who leave after probation period. Claims to do the work, checking the access lay login from month ago. The firm is orchestrated to getting SMEa and adding multiple hidden fees on each account. This is the doing of the Partner Alison Buckley. The R&D from Phil - abysmal. The worst Ive ever come across, apparently Ive got multiple miscalls from this tax specialist but my phone records suggest otherwise. Despite different individuals specialist in this Alison seems to do separate fee earning deals with Phil to ensure he gets the work. His communication is non existent and Im surprised to see his name in the top 35 of tax specialist! Another individual who also has a regulatory complaint against him for unsatisfactory work. If youre reading this review and considering this firm, look elsewhere now. Dont even contact this firm. If the names Alison or Phil pop up for your needs RUN. Absurd firm with crooked partners in charge.
