I wouldn't even rate a 1 star if Google had that option. Unfortunately, it doesn't. The owner of this company, seems to have a slight (if not major) problem with 'blowing' money. A job that was supposed to take a certain amount of time, took much much longer. This is where the blowing money comes in. He claims he has no money to pay staff members (even when he has been paid). Part of his charges indicate the 'cost of charging to pay employers for their labour'. The staff members do not see this money. So the question is, where is this money going? Not in the pockets of hard workers. Would you rather use a reputable company that shows respect and gratification to his employers to in hind sight, show he has respect and gratification for his work? The foundation on which you lay out your business and promote this, starts with a team of hard workers. For this man, he rips these workers off and does not respond when they question when they are being paid. I think the previous 1 star review speaks for itself. Avoid at all costs, if you use him your basically enslaving hard working men he employs and doesn't pay out to.

This man should not be trusted by anybody I wouldnt hire him for a job if he was the last cowboy in the world guy can not pay his workers and will continue to lie to young men about why he doesnt have their money and wont pay their money hiring 18 year olds having them working weeks on end and they not see a penny this guy is a con man , he will blame anybody but himself for why his workers dont get paid including the customers ! His money seems to disappear like houdini DO NOT WORK FOR THIS MAN DO NOT HAVE THIS MAN DO WORK FOR YOU because you will only be helping him rip people off
