        We ran an event over 4 days in The Royal Exchange Theatre that needed catering for 45 young people. Claire and Shakeela were more than accommodating for our needs, providing an incredible varied menu for all our participants each day. We had whole chickens, chilli, pies, jacket potatoes and more. Catered, for veggies & gluten free needs too. Our staff and young people were blown away by how good the food was each day. So much so a number of our staff members now return on a weekly basis. P.s. Our staff member Rosie who is a veggie and a celiac, she finds it difficult for establishments to cater for her and says the jacket, cheese and beans is the best in Manchester.
