Richmond Tea Rooms has an Alice in Wonderland theme. The food is great (tasty and decent portion size), the cakes are huge (and taste lovely) and the service is friendly and efficient. Great space to have breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea. I would recommend booking in advance, especially at weekends.
