Holier Than Thou

Card machine was down, would have been great if that was communicated prior to my appointment. Had to hang around and wait quite a bit but the staff were all lovely and very professional.

Review edited since Helens (she/her) reply. Booked online with a 20 deposit as it was highly rated and I was going to Manchester for the day. Be careful you will get stung with a ludicrous jewellery price, even just for a standard basic style. Paid 75 for 2 dermal piercings (anchors) THAT IS OK. Then the dermal tops, with just a bog standard flat clear gem were an additional wait for it 55. EACH!!! That is a whopping total of 185 for 2 cheek bone dermal piercings! These dermal TOPS (TOPS) *TOPS* are exactly the same as you can get off eBay and from other piercers for 3-5 each! Nope not real silver (titanium), neither are they real diamonds!! Daylight robbery! *Really* POOR quality too! Went green under the gem after only 4 weeks!! Had better quality since, from my local piercing shop for 3!!! Nothing you can do, because you will have already paid a deposit to secure your time slot. In their reply they state I could have got my deposit back. They didnt tell me that when I was there.. if they had, I would have got my deposit back and left. In response to their reply- I KNEW the piercing price was *PLUS* the cost of the jewellery, I DIDNT know a standard dermal top with clear gem was going to cost 55 EACH. But they did smugly offer a 5 dermal TOP (TOP) *TOP*, two choices, of either a mucky brown or a swampy green!! Whos going to want them in their face until it heels!!??? The reply says *any* colour of my choice.. but conveniently didnt have any TOPS of standard colours like silver or clear. ONLY the *two* colours stated. Staff are friendly (not surprised after getting paid 185). In person, then quite sassy behind a screen. Premises were clean-ish. So just to clarify as Helen (She/her) seems confused.. I WAS HAPPY to pay the 75 for a pair of hepatitis-free implants. I TICKED THE BOX. YES I READ EVERYTHING, I ALWAYS DO. WHAT IT DIDNT SAY IN THEIR LITTLE T&C BOX IS THAT THE ONLY CLEAR GEM DERMAL FLAT TOP THEY WILL HAVE WILL BE A HONKING 55 EACH- if it had, I wouldnt have booked LOL. Suppose business rates in Manchester are expensive. 10000000000000000000000% wont be back! Oh and, Helen (She/her), you keep refusing to apologise. But nobody asked you to apologise. Came in for a removal of a piercing. Kitty treated me care and dignity. Can't recommend them highly enough. Will definitely be back for future piercings.
