If possible, I would give this bike shop 0 star. My bike broke down halfway, and although I am a beginner, I knew my chain was stuck. I had to find a nearby bike shop because of the problem on the way. I did not make an appointment, of course, because it was an accident. At the door, I couldn't open my newly purchased bike lock. Fortunately, the boss appeared, and I asked if he could help me open the bike lock. The boss didn't even look at me and said, "No, I can't. Besides, this isn't the lock my company bought." In the UK, people I generally meet are very helpful, and this person shocked me! Then I asked, "I know I didn't make an appointment, but could you take a look at what's wrong with my bike?" The boss still didn't even look at me and said, "No, I can't. I don't have the tools... and I don't have time today" (because I was standing at his front door). Then he said, "I only know that you're blocking my way!" What a rude person! Is it racial discrimination, or is it because my bike is second-hand? Even if he had no time, couldn't he politely say that an appointment is necessary? Don't ever go to this terrible bike shop!

Absolutely wonderful. Exceptional knowledgeable staff who have experience of being out on their bikes. Service was on point, with time taken to fully explain all elements of my purchase. If you looking for a bike, than look no further then here.
