Alex was friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with (mainly via text). My B-Twin bike is immaculately clean and runs more smoothly than it ever has before after servicing, which cost 165 for labour and parts.

Very patient and knowledgeable, explaining to me the various dependencies for changing the gearing set up on my vintage bike and recommending the best parts. Will definitely use again in future.

Don't go elsewhere just because of the name. This is really good place to get your two wheeled buddy fixed. Mr Alexander is Great knowledgable dude! Helped me a lot with some bike repair and his advice. I will be definitely coming back when I need some bike stuff.

Recently had Alex give my bike a custom service. I know quite a bit about bikes but just did not have the time to do it myself; it would have taken me at least 3 times as long. Alex was open and honest about everything, advised parts which were not worth replacing (the value of the bike isnt huge), undertook all the work quickly and kept me up to date regularly via text. Picked the bike up and the difference is massive. Very pleased. Will drop my bikes off for future work. Also love the older bikes for sale, I just wish I had more room for one :(

Really outstanding work. Alex "flipped some thungummy around in the handleflanges" and it's so much easier for me to ride. What a good call. Also, a terrific service and a replaced wheel.
