Returned a bike I bought for grandchild via Amazon I am still chasing for my refund over a month nowagain no response when emailingdo not answer the phones either terrible customer service in fact there is no customer service just quick enough to take your money but not return it. Do not use.

Ordered child bike was delivered within 24 hours the bike was so well packaged so came in perfect condition if I could give 10 stars I would as I had already been let down by 2 other companys

Ordered a bike for my son's Christmas present and it arrived damaged (one of the front forks was bent). Had it professionally checked to make sure and they confirmed the damage (they suspected an adult may have sat on the bike and caused the fork to bend). Contacted Parkers through their website and no response received. Tried to call multiple times and no answer with no option to leave a voicemail. Very disappointed with my purchase and the lack of communication. Would not recommend.

One star because can not give less. Order lost at the distance of 38 miles. Seller didn't bother about answering calls. Customer service pretty much does not exist. Very unhelpful via emails as well. After 2 weeks just gave up and claimed money back. Definitely not recommended

Terrible in Communication I have ordered a cycle which was delivered on time. However we were keen to exchange with a bigger wheel size, but they have been impossible to reach.
