Great service from Romain, he picked up the bikes and dropped them off which made life very easy and even more importantly Romain worked late on Friday to mean I had my bike back and ready for the weekend! He's done a fine job and seems to care about my bike (unlike previous experiences with other mechanics) with aftercare messages to check everything is running smoothly. I will certainly be using him again.
