Very disappointed, I went to buy some stuff as theres not many nail supply shops in Manchester and I wanted to give it a try and come to find out they only sell to traders only. The lady who was sat in the store didnt even bother approaching the door as its locked. For what reason is the door locked, regardless of it being a traders only store.

Terrible service. I drove 12 miles 3 times and gone to find the shop closed even though it says its open on Google. If youre not going to be open change it on Google or inform your customers. Wasted my time and money to get there. I called the contact number given so many times but they never pick up. I was a regular customer and Im not happy at all. Huge improvement needed.

Customer service absolutely 0, the lady lies about products and their ingredients e.g. monomer isnt hema free contains mma. Most products over priced for no reason alot look like cheap eBay products. Also language barrier makes it hard to understand the staff and they dont know how to help with the things your looking for, Id love to give 0 stars! Disappointed
