Wilmslow Rd- Withington

I booked a leg wax and eyebrow wax at this salon, and after standing outside the shop for 20 minutes without being let in, I eventually got the leg wax done. I then did not have time to have the eyebrow wax as I was let in so late after my scheduled appointment. This was 2 weeks ago and I have still not received a refund, the salon is only contactable by email. I was told 2 weeks ago that I would receive a refund within 5 days but have not heard from the salon since despite me questioning it again. Disgraceful service.

I visited the Withington Salon today for a massage and it was wonderful. Lovely clean, bright salon, and nice and warm too ! Leilea did the massage for me and she was absolutely lovely. Very professional and extremely kind and caring. It has to be one of the best massages I have had. I would recommend this salon and Leilea to anyone. I am about to book another massage for next week!
