Had an appointment booked and turned up at the time stated and the lady did not know and wasnt prepared for my arrival. Could hear the lady speaking on the phone to her supervisor and moaning about doing a full head and not having any gloves in. Moreover I felt like she pulled faces behind my back and was trying to overide my opinion. Paid a lot of money for it, did get what I wanted in the end but unhappy with the way it was dealt with. Glad it's closed down on Wilmslow road. So unprofessional!

Such a lovely experience going there and have my hair done. I like the way they treat customers. Humaira, thanks for the free tips you gave me on how to give my hair a volume. Strongly recommend this place.

I'm not sure if the management has changed or anything but since these new ladies have started working here the service is so bad every time I go in they tell me to wait an hour just to get my eyebrows done and they only have 1 customer! Today I made An appointment for 4:00 I got there on time and she told me to wait half n hour even though I booked in she again had 1 customer only she didn't apologise she said she didn't know this is the fourth time they have done this

Staff are very friendly,but I'm not happy with their work.I have done my hair cut but I don't like their cutting the hair cut lady doesn't know how to cut the hairs. I'm very disappointed
