my normal hairdresser had left so i was booked in with rita for a cut and blow dry.when i arrived she never took my coat to hang up like hairdressers normally do it was left on the seat.i was never offered a drink.she kept leaving my hair to go and answer the phone.she blow dried my hair very slowly and careless as if she was a trainie she is suspose to be a senior stylist she placed the front hair onto my face while she blew it.she hardly cut anything off. it felt like i never even been to the hairdresser.i was very unhappy and disappointed i definitely waisted 35.worst hairdresser i have ever been to
