It's a shame groupon selling services for this kind of unprofessional providers. My wife after doing 2 laser treatment tried over months to book another one and sometimes found the shop closed at the appointment time, or Helen simply gave reasons afterwards for not turning up such as family matters. Very poor communication skills and simply doesn't act professionally. Wouldn't recommend at all!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!She has cancelled every appointment at the last minute always saying there is some personal issue and that it is unavoidable and talks about her problems all the time like she is the only one with problems. Very unprofessional and incompetent woman.

Had 1 out of 3 sessions paid for via groupon. First one, fine. 2nd one cancelled on the day due to the machine packing up. Rebooked for the following week, shop shuttered up when I arrived. Not responding to messages, emails or returning my calls. Still not had a response 2 weeks later Edit: Not sure what is untruthful? The first contact I had from you was two weeks after this review and 6 weeks after the appointment you didn't turn up to! By the time you told me you had sent a text and left a voicemail (neither of which I received on the number you eventually replied to), I had already received a full refund

Booked via groupon then she cancelled my appointment offered me times that werent suitable I ask for a refund from her but heard nothing terrible service
