Shaz is very local to me and I thoroughly enjoy a weekly visit for various services. Hair wash and blow dry is my most regular booking. Facial hair removal and eyebrow tints are perfect for me. Alongside this, I have waxing and massage sessions and I have never been disappointed. Most recently, Ana has done a manicure/pedicure for my holiday and I've never felt more glamorous. I would highly recommend Shaz Hair and Beauty for their exceptional services! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, consistently providing high-quality services that exceed expectations. I have gone there for various treatments, including haircuts, blowouts, and manicures, and have always been impressed with the results. Not only are their services excellent, but their prices are also very reasonable, which is a plus since you get such amazing results! The salon is clean, modern, and comfortable, which adds to the overall positive experience. Highly dissappointed with this place and felt very taken advantage of. We wanted a haircut for our little daughter and my wife visited this place for the same. The staff there, for starters, was very arrogant and rude in dealing with her and told her they'll be needing deposit in advance before giving an appointment with a caveat that if my daughter cries they will refuse to serve us without returning the deposit. I am fine with the fact she held a deposit with a condition, it was the extreme rude behavior that was unsettling. We got an appointment after a week, altough the place was f**nkg deserted (no wonder why they think they're busy) unfortunately my daughter was distressed and couldnt get a haircut that day. My wife begged for another appointment but the lady refused to give the same and asked for another deposit if we wanted to visit again which is... Crazy The audacity and the greed!! Its not like youre a f**king Zara or Toni and guy so settle down.
