They know what to do but no how to do

I'd almost given up on loc maintenance. I could not find any service in Manchester and beyond London that could tighten my locs to a very good standard. I have tried many salons and private individuals. I've had my locs smeared with tubs of vaseline or front done well and back where I can't see left. I found Denise at JT2. My lucky day. She knows hair, HAIR no discrimination!! She understands customer care! She understands maintenance. Thank you Denise for taking the time to do a very good job. You were my last trial. If your service hadn't gone so well, the next stage was chop and wig.
