I recently done a training course with simi to be trained in microblading, she was very friendly and professional and give me the knowledge and support I need to complete my course. I found the course very interesting and a great way to learn 1 to 1. I would definitely recommend! Thanks simi x

My experience at Bellissimi beauty was a total regret. I paid via groupon for a combination brow micro blading service and securing the appointment was a total drag with a few reschedules. I arrived and had to sign a consent form that absorbs her of any wrong. Then I was informed that the brow area wont be numbed ahead of the treatment, Apparently I am to do so prior to my treatment. I had to endure the raw pain during the process. Firstly I showed her the shape of brow I wanted and she said I couldnt have that shape. She said the brow will be tailored to my face and a different technique was used than the one I wanted. Then she brings out a white pencil and starts outlining my brow without any precision and without any calliper or ruler. She literally drew a rough sketch of where the ink shouldnt go past. The brow mapping was done in less than 5 minutes . My instinct said this wasnt how its done based on research I had done, yet I stayed hoping for the best. After the treatment I called her attention to aspects of the brows that werent the same and not filled in properly which she attempted to rectify. She kept insisting that the brows wont look its best now until 6 weeks later when I come in for a touch up. She charges 200 for a service that doesnt include numbing cream to reduce pain or tweezing of the brow to enhance definition. The 90 discount price got me one brow larger than the other, the start of the brows are not aligned to the bridge of my nose, two different peaks, the brow tails arent straight and the tails are not long enough to line up with my nose. Im really disheartened that I had to spend over 300 to rectify this including lightening the brows and microblading again. The schedule only had 2 days of available vacancies between Dec and March. I requested a refund from Bellissimi and she refused, rather I was sent my consent form which states that she is absorbed of any issues even if it doesnt turn out right. Groupon refused to refund stating that they need the vendor to authorise it. Im disappointed that Groupon isnt vetting the merchants properly. Service: Microblading
